Hello Everyone,

    Thank you for taking the time to check out my website. I look forward to meeting you. Let me start by introducing myself, my name is Cristy Fana and I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. I am a license female massage therapist. This is a mobile massage service.

  Massage Therapy was a gateway to a new perspective on how to heal the body effectively. As my education continued, I saw my work speaking volumes and clients were satisfied with the progress we've made. My philosophy with massage is, consistency is key to achieve our goal. If you consistently book appointments and make sure to do the  home treatments that I recommend, progress will be seen. My specialty is in pain management and healing.

     I attended Florida College of Natural Health back in March 2016. Following that, an internship at Mela Therapeutic in January 2017. In school, I've trained in various techniques to relieve the body and ease the mind such as  Swedish, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Hydro Therapy and Sports Therapy.  In Mela Therapeutic, I was trained to work in a sports medicine setting, advanced techniques in performance enhancement massage therapy, and how to prepare athletes for exercise and aid in rehab/recovery.
